I grew up in a society that held unique views about strong women. It was a constant struggle because I often went rogue – going against all expectations of women’s behaviours. This made me the troublemaker in my family, which regularly led me to be confined in my room.

As I was extremely fascinated by ongoing trends, glitz and glamour of Hollywood stars and other artists, most of the troubles I got into were fashion and beauty related. Hairstyles became my favorite trends to follow.

Watching celebrities change their looks through different hairstyles in movies, music videos and magazines was so captivating to me. I only imagined how empowered they felt stepping into different characters with totally new hairstyles. I wanted to experience the same glamour so I started researching hair extensions extensively.

This was the beginning of my passion….

I knew I had a gift on the morning of a big festival when I had to pick & install a full head of weave on myself because I was grounded and could not go to the hair salon like other girls could. I was not going to attend looking average. For me, good hair is confidence.

Jaws dropped when I came out of my bedroom and my father quickly jumped to the conclusion that I snuck out to get my hair done. I proudly showed off my newfound talent and reassured him that I did it all by myself while I was confined to my room.

From then on, I knew I had it in me to experiment professionally with hair extensions. I didn’t dare voice it out to my very professional career-oriented father, instead I embarked on a higher education in America. I put my passion on the back burner whilst still doing extensive research on hair extensions.

Today, I am confident with my in-depth knowledge about different hair extension origins, textures and most importantly quality. I carefully handpick each bundle of hair and go through stringent measures to ensure durability and quality of your luxurious hair in this box…. Therefore, I can stamp my name on it.

never treated, curled or colored the hair. Therefore, it is at its purest form. Raw virgin hair and Remy hair are often used synonymously, but they have

completely different meanings.

All Remy hair means is a premium quality hair, chemically processed for color or texture, which is bundled strategically so that the roots of the hair are

on one side and the tip of the hair on the opposite hair. This ensures all cuticles are facing the same direction, making the hair very durable, split-ends-free and

undisturbed.

All being said, some raw virgin hair are bundled the same way as Remy hair for longevity and that is what is RouRou Doll Hair Candy will provide to her customers.

What does Raw Virgin Hair mean?

Raw virgin hair simply means the donor of the hair has never treated, curled or coloured their hair.

Where does the hair come from?

I personally handpick all hairs and ensure that the are ethically sourced from countries including Russia, Asia and America.

What is your standard wig density?

Wig density refers to the fullness of your wig. Your wig density entirely depends on the look you are going for. I can make your wig as full or as light as you desire.

Who makes the wigs?

All my wigs are personally hand made by myself, and 2 on-site artisans.

What colours and lengths are available?

All my hairs come in a natural 1b colour or 613 blonde. Further colouring is done upon your request. It is important to know that your hair will not be considered raw virgin hair once processed.

Can I colour my wig?

Your wig can be coloured as desired. I highly recommend that you wig is professionally coloured as this will prevent hair damage. I have a trusted and well versed colourist on site, so please consult with me if you would like to colour your wig.

Can I curl, blow dry or straighten my wig?

Yes, your wig can be styled with hot tools - but just like with your natural hair, the less you use them the better.

How long will my wig last?

Your wig will last you for years with the proper care (Please refer to my hair care instructions). I offer free maintenance on your wig for the first 12 months.

What is your processing time?

Processing time for all wig orders is 7 days.

Shipping and Delivery?

I offer free express Shipping Australia wide. All out of state and New Zealand orders will be shipped express, which will require signature.

First time Wig Fitting?

Complimentary wig fitting is available for my Dolls living in the Brisbane area.
