RoundCube のアドレス帳の移行方法

How to migrate RoundCube's address book

1. RoundCube を起動し、「アドレス帳」をクリックします。

Start RoundCube and click "Address Book".

2. 「エクスポート」をクリックします。 Click "Export".

3. 「ファイルを保存する」を選択して「OK」をクリックします。 Select "Save the file" and click "OK".

4. 保存したファイルの⽂字コードを変換するため、メモ帳で３で取得したファイルを開きます。次にファイル→名

前をつけて保存⽂字コードを「ANSI」にして保存します。 To convert the character code of the saved file, open the file acquired with 3 in Notepad. Next, save the file by setting the file -> name and saving character code to "ANSI".

5. 以下の⼿順で vCard 形式を csv 形式に変換します。

まず、PC > ローカルディスク（C:) > ユーザー > (ユーザ名) > アドレス帳を開きます。 Follow the procedure below to convert the vCard format to csv format. First, open PC> Local Disk (C :)> User> (User Name)> Address Book.

6. 次に、インポートで３で作成したファイルを vCard(VCF ファイル)を指定して開きます。

Next, open the file created in 3 by specifying the vCard (VCF file) and open it.

7. 登録しているアドレス帳の数だけ以下のような画⾯が表⽰されますので「OK」をクリックします。

The following screen will be displayed for the number of registered address books, so click "OK".

8. 続いてエクスポートをクリックし、CSV（カンマ区切り）を選択してファイルを保存します。

Then click on Export, select CSV (Comma Separated) and save the file.

9. CSV として保存する際に、出⼒する項⽬が選択できるので、「名」「姓」にチェックを⼊れます。

When saving as CSV, items to be output can be selected, so check "Name" "Last Name".

ク）をクリックし、表⽰されたメニューの最下部の「連絡先」をクリックします。 Sign in from https://outlook.office.com/kyushu-u.ac.jp, click the setting icon (gear mark) in the upper right, click "contact" at the bottom of the displayed menu

11. 左側にメニューが表⽰されるので、「連絡先」を展開し、「連絡先のインポート」をクリックします。インポートす

る場所として選択肢が表⽰されますが、どれでも良いのでクリックします。 As the menu is displayed on the left side, expand "Contacts" and click "Import Contacts". The choices will be shown as the import location, but click any as you like.

12. ８で出⼒したファイルを指定し、「アップロード」をクリックして完了です。

Specify the file outputted in 8, and click "Upload" to complete.
