Re: Promise to pay tuition fee for the first semester of academic year 2014-2015

Dear Rev. Fr. Roux O.P.,

I, Rouse Stephen G. Cebreros, a student of the Faculty of Civil Law would like to ask permission to enroll for the first semester of academic year 2014-2015.

I am unable to pay the total down payment to be able to enroll this semester due to financial difficulties. However, I will be able to give twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) as partial payment of the fee that is due.Furthermore, I promise to pay the remaining balance before the end of the first semester.
