Using Manometer we found that ESP is Very Low, because FAN is not selected for High Static.
ESP: External Static Pressure Drop that ensure the ability to blow air out through long duct

ecoCool AHU equipped with two Blowers powered by Stronger Motors driven by adjustable Belts.
Increase ESP by Empower FAN Motors
The New AHU from ecoCool is Dynamically Balanced Unit that over come both main reasons of less cooling:
• Less Chilled Water Flow.• More Air Flow
Total Water Flow: 165.5 gpm (110 TR-As Per Drawing)
Reading-1
12120 l/h= 44.4 gpm =26.8 TR24% of Total Load
Reading-3
23040 l/h= 148 gpm =89.9 TR-90% of Total Load
By shifting Unit to corridor in order to reduce duct and the negative effect on Air Flow.
Reduce Long Duct
ecoCool
1) Connect VFD.2) Add new control to signal VFD.3) Utilize PICV benefits4) Shift the Make-up Pressurization Pump.
Convert to Dynamically Control Ch. W. Sys.
1d
Now VFD are disconnected and Pumps are connected directly

Connect & Re-commission VFD to Control Variable CH. W. Flow
VFD Activated for Chilled Water Pumps
Now VFD Vary the Chilled Water
according to actual demand
2d
Exist signal to VFD from ETS
* Reducing CH. W. Flow inside the Building while trying to Maintain Delta-T .* Casing less cooling effect.* Reducing emiCool BTU-Meter-Bill.
2d
Add new control to signal VFD.
* Right Control Method.* With Right Signal.* At Right Location.
