1.0 INTRODUCTION

This report describes a single diamond drill hole, DR95-46, drilled by Midwest Drilling on behalf of KWG Resources Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, located in the James Bay Lowlands of Ontario.

The drill hole was part of a drilling program, carried out from a base established at Spider Lake, located approximately 300km northeast of the town of Nakina, Ontario. Drilling commenced on October 11, 1995 and was completed on October 12, 1995.

2.0 DRILL HOLE LOCATION

The drill hole was located at the following coordinates:

53 0 31.439' North Latitude and 860 39.102' West Longitude

The location of the drill hole is shown in figure 1.

3.0 DRILL HOLE PLAN AND LOG

Specific information about the drill holes, is included in the geologist's drill logs that accompany this report. Along with the drill logs, is a plan map showing the drill holes' location on the claim

4.0 THE DRILL CORE

The drill core was logged on April 12 through April 14, 1995, at the Spider Lake camp, by Roger Thomas. Details of shipping and storing of the core follows the drill logs, included in this report.

Description

OVERBURDEN: Glaciomarine and glaciolacustrine clay over silt and

sand. Very little till on bedrock surface; no boulders, cobbles or pebbles recovered.

GNEISS: Dark grey (N3) composed of 400Xo light grey (N7) and

600Xo black (NO) to greenish black (5GY2/1) areas. Fairly homogeneous, competent, hard (cores well), coarse- to very coarse-grained; S-10% medium-grained, anhedral quartz, 25-300Xo anhedral grey feldspar, 50Xo pink feldspar, 200Xo biotite, 400Xo fine-grained chlorite intimately associated with biotite, trace very fine-grained pink garnet, trace Py as disseminated 0.5mm masses associated with biotite. Trace-1% magnetite as 0.5-1 .Omm disseminated masses associated with biotite.

Texture varies from massive to weakly foliated resulting from the weak alignment of biotite and poorly developed mineral segregation. In places, compositional layering is apparent as 5-20cm layers.

Moderate chloritization as above; very low carbonatization as thin calcite coatings on fractures.

4.47-5.32: 80"Xo fine- to medium-grained biotite; 200Xo coarse-grained (10mm) feldspar

5.32-6.00: dusky yellow (5Y6/4); 20"Xo biotite and chlorite, 780Xo feldspar and quartz; moderately epidotized, 1 0Xo 0.5mm cubes disseminated Py, trace disseminated fine-grained magnetite. Epidotization has only affected some feldspars

7.30-1 1 .42: moderately epidotized as above; 1 0Xo Py as above

16.30-16.48: epidotized as above 22.46-22.52: fine-grained dyke or band;

greenish black (5GY2/1), foliated parallel to
