Vela, as he is known fondly in the industry is the co-founder for Rsmart spear heading the Solution Engineering & Technology Innovation. He also leads the CoE for the BFSI related product stack responsible for new product development. With over 15 years in Software development, Systems Integration, product development and customer support management , Vela thrives on customer problem resolution. He has built a loyal customer base across India and overseas with his commitment to excellence, innovative problem solving skills and delighted customers.
