DESCRIPTION
The RTI Section 4 can make information accessible freely and ensure the RTI is not needed to be invoked to obtain information. Using checklists of Section 4 the presentation explores ways to make it more effective through stakeholders and provides an audit of the Section 4 compliance of the State Information Commissioner of Goa State.TRANSCRIPT
