Delivery & shippingOur rugs are designed to your requirements so it takes time to create your unique rug. Please allow up to 15 business days for the rug to be dispatched.

We will send you a confirmation email once the rug has been shipped including tracking details. Estimated shipping and delivery times for the main metropolitan areas is 14-17 working days from despatch.
