(Home based data editing project)

Following are the terms & conditions for work project:- 1. While typing in notepad continuously, do not use enter key and data will be typed in capital letters only. 2. In every line, one space will be given only. 3. Every words and numbers given in data file will be type except page number, “*” sign and company’s name. 4. While typing in notepad, if there is any type of symbols or image or equation or table found in data, then It will be considered as follows:- (a) If any type of sign which has not been found in keyboard for example { 2nd, x2, x2,, α, β, θ, ф, Ѡ, ѱǎ, and more……}, then use only single (?) mark. (b) If in data there is any image, many diagram, graph, etc., then type seven times (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) Marks with single space. (c) While typing equation, if there are 5 (?) or more than 5 (?) arise, then, do not type equation, just type seven times (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) (?) Marks with single space. (d) In case of table, just type line to line basis. 5. File name should be same, otherwise file will not be open and work will not be check. (Since it is code no. Of file) 6. Number of files given in work project would be fully typed in notepad. If you missed any file, then According to terms & conditions of the company your ID will be rejected and no payment will be given. 7. Project work will be provided through only one E-mail. It will not be change in any case. 8. If the completed work files have not been submitted within deadline time (i.e. 6.00 PM last time of due date) and not inform to franchiser through phone after submission of work, then ID will be rejected. 9. If candidate submits his/her project work directly to company and not through franchiser’s E-mail, then, company’s decision will be final and franchiser will not be responsible for the same. 10. Accuracy report will be consider as follows:- Accuracy report: - Deduction From 100% Error type Penalty

1. Spelling mistake : 0.5 % per mistake 2. Extra space : 0.5 % per mistake 3. Space mistake : 1.0 % per mistake 4. Word missing : 1.0 % per mistake 5. Extra words : 1.0 % per mistake 6. File name mistake : 1.0 % per mistake 7. Enter key use mistake : 2.0 % per mistake 8. Extra file / repeat file : 10.0 % per mistake

Important points:- 1. If aggregate of mistakes are more than 30 %, then no payment will be given for typing of work project. In other words, 70 % of work

project have to be correctly done. 2. If candidate fails or do more than 30 %, mistakes continuously three times, then ID will be rejected and no work will be provided. (If

in the any project Mistakes finds in 3 or less than 3 any files than ID will be rejected). 3. In every line, after full stop (.), one space will be given only. 4. QC centre will check the random pages. All the pages won’t be checked and if the accuracy goes below the minimum accuracy

required for qualifying then the QC center will not be responsible for the future checking of the same. (% is calculated as per mistake).

5. Method of calculating accuracy-Each extra space error in the whole work is deduct 0.5% from 100%. It means that for an example if total 10 extra space errors are found in the whole work of pages then accuracy would be calculated as:- 100-(10 X 0.5%) = 100 – 5.00 = 95%. Thus the accuracy would be 95%.

6. According to agreement, security fee will be refundable after 11 month of work done continuously.
