    Embrace mistakes

    Market a truthful message

    establish benchmarks & criteria for success

    Mean what you say, say what you mean

    Get culture around you & tactics will take care of

    themselves

    Takes a village to raise a child

    Cant elevate tactics to mission

    Processing in head holds back team dynamics

    Dance with resistance

    Dance with objections & you will be loved

    Get a mentor

    Get educated on the 6 core needs

    Cant give what you dont have

    Know your core values then write manifesto

    Follow through with everything

    recruit on attitude, teach the skills

    On the dark days believe more

    be the controversial difference

    Become the trusted advisor

    Service = seeds to what matters

    Nurture what you want to see grow

    Educate the market on where they want to go

    Form relationships and earn trust

    Get a coach who is different to your environment

    Courage is found in commitment

    Give value first money will come

    Have high expectations backed with support

    Whatever you do, dont be beige

    People love to hear stories

    Cant expect to win if you dont turn up

    If you want results, take action

    Give people a story so they can join in

    Nothing builds self-esteem like accomplishment
