    foreign languages. Teaching students not just particular disciplines but also

    elements ofindependent learning, self-learning, and e-learning.

    Novel IT disciplines are the subject of short-time rapidly

    changing special courses. The role of IT companies, business and other stakeholders in

    education depends on their interest and understanding ofprospects for long-term collaboration in local markets.
