Change Activity Type/ Price Planning KP26

PurposeUse this procedure to create hourly rates for each resource and each timesheet activity the resource carries out.

TriggerPerform this procedure when a new hourly rate is required to be entered for a resource/timesheet activity combination.

Prerequisites

The resource has been set up in the SAP HR module.

The resource has been assigned to the activity type for timesheet entry in SAP HR.

The timesheet activity type has been created.

Menu Path

Use the following menu path(s) to begin this transaction:

From period R Ener the start of the range of financial periods for which the data you are entering is to be valid.

To period R Enter the finish of the range of financial periods for which the data you are entering is to be valid.

Example: 12

Fiscal year R Enter the financial year related to the data you are entering.

Example: 2003

Cost center R Enter the unique Cost Center given to the resource for timesheet entry.

Example: 271107

Activity type R Enter the timesheet Activity for which you wish to enter an hourly rate for the selected resource.

Example: S006 (Dissertation Supervision)

Fixed activity price R Enter the hourly rate in pounds and pence for the resource/timesheet activity.

10. To change an individual period rate click on the field and enter the new rate required.
