Database Administration and Customer Service: Assist in developing and testing crime reporting databases. Facilitate and monitor the flow of data through multiple databases. Manage 3,000 user accounts in crime reporting databases, including passwords and permissions, and diagnose and troubleshoot problems that end users experience on supported systems.

Training: Conduct individual and group training (single student up to 50 students) of law enforcement personnel in OSBI and FBI crime reporting requirements. Develop training curricula, including handouts, PowerPoint presentations, and live demonstrations.

Technical Writing: Generate monthly reports on the accuracy of up to 70 individual law enforcement agencies’ crime reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

Auditing: Perform audits of law enforcement agency crime reports and crime reporting systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
