Board Approved Motions re: Boundary Amendment Meeting Date: December 4, 2012

1. THAT effective September 2013, the boundary for Light of Christ CES will be enlarged to include the current boundary of St. Joseph CES, Aurora, with transportation as per Board policy. (See attached map)

2. THAT the English Track program at St. Joseph CES, Aurora be phased out.

3. THAT the JK program at St. Joseph, Aurora, be discontinued as of June 2013 and students will attend Light of Christ CES.

4. THAT an alternate day format for JK and SK be added to the half day format, at Light of Christ, if numbers warrant.

5. THAT the SK program at S. Joseph CES, Aurora, be discontinued as of June 2014.

6. THAT the current Grade 4-7 English Track students at St. Joseph CES, Aurora, may remain at St. Joseph to Graduation.

7. THAT St. Joseph CES, Aurora, be permitted to register new students for the English Track as long as the grade exists.

8. THAT effective September 2013 the boundary for Cardinal Carter CHS be amended to include the current boundary of St. Joseph CES., Aurora, with transportation as per Board policy.

9. THAT the English Track students graduating from St. Joseph CES, Aurora, will have the option of attending St. Maximilian Kolbe CHS or Cardinal Carter CHS, with transportation as per Board policy.
