Flexible Dining Whether you’re up with the sun – determined not to miss a minute of your trip – or a lover of the lie-in, breakfast is available between 6am and 10am. This allows you to savour the first meal of the day at your own pace. Dining reservations are available in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant. Book for a long lunch or an intimate late dinner for two. The Queen Adelaide Restaurant serves regional Australian
cuisine, with changing menus to reflect the best produce and flavours of the countryside you’re passing through. Wines are chosen to compliment these local specialities. All standard wines, beer, soft drinks and spirits are included with your Platinum and Gold Service fares.

Setting off from Perth, your train climbs through the scenic Avon Valley and into Western Australia’s expansive wheat belt before arriving at the first stop in Kalgoorlie. There is plenty to see and do in this historic town with its old pubs, heritage architecture and the extraordinary floodlit Super Pit goldmine. Witness Australia’s vast open spaces as you cross the Nullarbor Plain, before a brief stop at Cook, one of the world’s most isolated townships with a population of just four.
The city of Adelaide is your next stop and it’s here you can choose to break your journey or take an Off Train Excursion and indulge in an abundance of food, wine and history. To receive concessional rail travel fares, Great Southern Rail is required to confirm your eligibility for the concession electronically with Centrelink. If you do not want this to happen you will need to contact Centrelink to obtain a Pension Concession Letter as proof of your eligibility for the concession and provide this directly to Great Southern Rail before the concession can be given.

Deposi tA minimum non-refundable deposit of $55 per adult or $110 per booking, whichever is the greater, is required within 7 days of confirmation of your booking, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking. Some suppliers may impose additional deposit requirements in addition to the minimum deposits stated above.
Fina l PaymentFull payment of your holiday cost must be made no later than 48 days prior to travel or by sale end date, or by
the payment deadline specified in individual package conditions, whichever is earliest. For bookings made 48 days or less prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost is required at the time your booking is confirmed.
Please ensure payments are made by the due dates. If this does not happen, our system will automatically cancel the booking without notice or liability to you.
Only upon payment of the full cost of your holiday do you have a final booking with the Supplier of the relevant good and/or service. In arranging your booking, Sunlover Holidays is acting as the agent of the Supplier of the relevant Product and at no time do you have a contract with Sunlover Holidays.
AMenDMenT FeeSAny amendment to your will incur an amendment fee of $27 in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier.
CAnCellATIonS AnD reFUnDSPrior to final payment: Your deposit is forfeited.
After final payment: There will be no refund of your deposit, in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.
After travel: There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced. There will be no refund for unused services unless cancelled prior to travel date. Requests for refunds received more then 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.

lUGGAGeA total of 50kg of checked-in luggage per guest is allowed on the train (two items not exceeding 25kg each and 180 linear cm). For Platinum Service a total of 75kg of checked in luggage per guest is allowed on the train. An additional fee may apply to excess luggage. Checked in luggage cannot be accessed during the journey, so you should bring an overnight bag to the cabin containing everything needed for the journey. Smart casual attire is suggested for Platinum Service and Gold Service. Warm clothes are recommended for evenings on board, as the air-conditioning can be cool.
ACCoMMoDATIonAccommodation included in holiday packages is subject to availability. If the accommodation featured is not available for your chosen travel dates, it may be substituted.
TrAnSFerSSome Tour Suppliers provide complimentary pick up and return to your holiday accommodation.
