expanded to provide our customers with the most advanced software available. Similar to other software manufacturers, each version is available by purchase. A more cost effective method of upgrading; Spectrum Group also provides new versions as part of their Service Packages. Thereby eliminating the high cost of upgrading every year or two.

• All manuals are provided and kept current electronically, they are provided along with each upgrade. This way your manuals are readily accessible and current, and are the same on all machines.

• Upgrades are provided through Service Packages, or sequential version purchase.

BASICS Service Contract - Designed for systems that are NOT billed by subscription.  Basics, gives you the periodic upgrades which

KeyNET TM experiences at a reduced rate.  All other services are provided on a Billed Service basis, as indicated below.

CUSTOMIZED Service Contract. - By written agreement, we charge a yearly fee to provide the services you want.  All services outside

the CUSTOMIZED SERVICE CONTRACT are billed as below.

BILLED Service.- We bill you for time, travel and per diem.  You purchase the product once.  All upgrades are sold cumulative since your last upgrade.  Should you data become corrupted, we charge for the repair.
