STEP 1 - Disassemble Exit DeviceA. Remove End Cap & Filler Plate

B. Remove (4) screws from baserail

C. Partially slide push pad off approx. 2-3”

D. Using 5/32” drill bit. Open up the (2) back screw holes #3 & 4.

E. Continue sliding push pad half way out of the base rail so activating bracket is accessible. Next, remove metal rod and AB mount can be put aside.

STEP 2 - Install Motor MountA. Attach the link assembly to the end of the activating bracket. Next, place activating

bracket into center of the motor mount.

C. Re-install metal rod securing activating bracket to motor mount.

B. Secure link assembly to activating bracket with Hex wrench provided.

STEP 4 - Install MM3 & Reassemble Device

Next Set the MM3 “PTS” (Push to Set) adjustment. . .

A. Slide push pad with motor kit back into the device. Also, the filler plate must be slid in at some time.

B. Make sure Latch retractor is pressed down so push pad slides over it.

C. Re-install original screws in holes 1 & 2. Install new screws provided in holes 3 & 4.

Check voltage & adjust to Regulated 24 V.

Check voltage & adjust to Regulated 24 V.

Device will automatically re-engage within 5 seconds.

Remove obstruction & push pad down until beeping stops & release.

Step 1- Press the device push pad to the desired setting. (this can be fully depressed or less than fully depressed).

Step 2- While depressing the push pad, apply power. (i.e. presenting the credential to the reader).

Step 3- Continue to keep pad depressed, the device will beep 6 times. After the beeps have stopped, release the pad and now the adjustment is complete. If not to your liking repeat the three steps. That’s all there is to it.
