He quickly ran into financial difficulties andsought help from Sinatra&#39;s personal representative, Hank Sanicola.Sinatra then transferred $12,000 to Sanicola who put it into thepublication. S

Sinatra reportedly surrounded himself with hoodlums andinformation concerning his association with various other individualswas also set out. Sinatra was interviewed and_furnished informationregarding his association with Giancana on 11/6/59 and 4/25/61. Sinatrawas reportedly a partner of Giancana in the Villa Venice Supper Clubat Wheeling, 111., a suburb of Chicago. Sinatra&#39;s enterprises werereportedly tied up in some manner with various hoodlum interestsihroughout the country. On 10/7/63 the Nevada Gaming Control Boardrevoked Sinatra&#39;s license at the Cal-Neva Lodge,Las Vegas, forallowing Giancana and�qthers,whd§e namqsaappeared in the "Nqvada.BlackBook", access to this gwnbling establishment.
