TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

07. The work shall be carried out strictly as per the specification and instructions of departmental

Engineer and to their entire satisfaction.

08. The power supply will be made available at free of cost to one point only.

09. The work should be commenced immediately

01. The contractor is expected to inspect the equipment/ site before quoting and to

evaluate the quantum of work.

02. The Chief Engineer/O&M / KTPS-V&VI Stage reserve the right to reject any or all other with

out assigning any reason therefore.03. The APGENCO is not responsible for any accident to the workers employed by the contractor

and the contractor has to indemnity the APGENCO from the obligation of paying any

compensation to workers employed by the contractor on account of accident what so everduring

the course of the work and during the period of contract.

04. If there is any loss to the APGENCOs property due to negligence of the workers employed

by the contractor, the contractor has to make good the loses as assessed by the DE/Safety/ KTPSV

& VI.

05. Any materials to be supplied by the APGENCO will be handed over to the contractor at

Departmental stores and the transportation is to be arranged by the contractor himself only.

06. The work should be guaranteed for a satisfactory performance for a period of six months from

the date of completion of work.
