Overview

A four-month employment program that provides participants with four weeks of paid job readiness preparation classes, and an employment placement.

In the first three months of a job placement, employers are offered a subsidy to top up training costs.

Program coaches provide ongoing supports tailored to both the needs of the employer and the program participants during three months of job placements.

Spectrum Advantage offers companies an opportunity to increase the diversity of their workforce; and individuals an opportunity to connect with progressive employers.
