Saatvikta Hum Saatvikta ke bare mein baat kar rahe the. Aakhir saatvikta hai kya? Kya saatvikta ka matlab sirf vichaaron mein shuddhi hi hai. Sirf vicharon mein shudhhi ho aur karm mein nahin to kya vyakti satvik hai? Saawal yeh ki vicharon mein saatvikta aati kahan se hai? Aapne jab ek janwar ko khane ke liye maara tab uske man mein kya chal raha tha . Wo agar dara hua tha ya gusse mein tha tab wohi prabhav aapki mansicta par bhi aayega. Kyon har mahan vyakti ne ahinsa ka raasta apnane ka updesh diya. Ahinsa ka matlab sirf hinsa na karna nahin hai balki man,vachan,karma- kisi bhi tarah doosre ka dil na dukhana- wo ahinsa hai.Shakahari banana ahinsa ka marg apnane ki shuruaat hai. Ahinsa saatvik banane mein pratham sidi hai. Phir doosri hai-krodh na karna. Gussa karne wala vyakti vivek kho deta hai, sochne samajhne ki shakti kho deta hai aur phir jo nirnaya liya jata hai aur jis bhasha ka prayog kiya jata wo doosre ko kitna kashta deti

Phir phal ko usi data par chod dein jinhone hume jeevan diya .Hamara bhala wo hamse jyada jante hain. Aur phir saatvikta se liye gaye har nirnaya mein khud ka nahin khuda ka haath hota hai to phir phal bhi meetha hi hoga.

Kyon nahin har zimmedari khuda par chod kar saatvik karma karen aur roz kuch meethe phalon ka anand lein.

Ishwar ki sharan saatvik hone ki antim sidi hai. Jo uska ho gaya wo saatvik hone ki rah par aa

gaya. Sirf uska sahara aur usi ki sharnagati- saatvikta aapke peeche peeche aayegi.
