Blades are individually and accurately adjustable.

Blades are put under tension evenly.

Automatic Separation System: It takes the slices apart after slicing. The big Advantage doing this is No Hands Needed.

With Feedback to either a weighing system behind the machine or (water-)portionersthe system can be Self-Adjusting.

Weighing systems are now available through the Sabofa Brand.

Touch Screen for easy setup.

Belts move up and down, not blade system.

Difference between 1000-1S and 1000-1SE is the exit belt, SE version has an exit belt to flip the product before entering an other process (required e.g. Water cutting).

Injections of brine is done to “upgrade” the product value.

Needle Injectors Disadvantages:- Needles get stuffed with Brine.- Needles get blunt or brake on bones etc.- Needles are expensive to replace.

Excluding the Needle from the equation. Has big advantages.
