With our increased FY 14 Net Monthly Income Standards, new income deduction rules were also approved in the CFR. H ouseholds that pay rent or utilities, regardless of amount, are now allowed a Standard $ 300 Deduction of their Net Monthly Income that is measured against the USDA Net Monthly Income Standards. For elderly or disabled household members there is now a Medical Ex pense Deduction that can be claimed for all out of pocket medical ex penses with no limit regarding the amount. Also there is a new Meal Deduction that can be claimed should a household member req uire the full time services of a home health worker.

estech oad, about . miles northeast of the city. n our initial environmental study, water uality and uantity testing, soils testing, and site analysis for a pro-posed water and waste water system for the area, we encountered numerous situ-ations, which re uired various levels of e pertise.

The spring season has arrived and our Landscapers are busy mowing and weed-ing the ations grounds. They have been instructed to mow, weed and blow the grass off the sidewal s, to not get grass on any vehicles, to be courteous and po-lite. f a vehicle needs to be moved they are to contact the Maintenance Office and we will as the department and or visitor to please move their vehicles so Land-scapers can do their ob. f you see a land-scaper not performing their ob or have a complaint of any ind, please contact the Maintenance irector or
