'uring the past two years, we have developed several hous- ing scenarios for the use of appro[imate- ly four acres of undeveloped land out on :estech 5oad, about . miles northeast of the city. ,n our initial environmental study, water Tuality and Tuantity testing, soils testing, and site analysis for a pro- posed water and waste water system for the area, we encountered numerous situ- ations, which reTuired various levels of e[pertise. , am not certain how -eremy came to us when he did, but we are glad he did. Over the past several months we have benefited from his interest in our housing proMect out on :estech 5d. as well as his e[pertise and Nnowledge about upNeep and maintenance of public water and waste water systems especially his willingness to share this Nnowledge with members of my staff. :e have Must completed drilling three water wells, installation of elec- tric bo[es, and will be installing three separate 'E4 certified ET$ Septic Systems and 'rain )ields later this month. :e hope to begin construction of three singlefamily houses on the site within a couple of months. -eremy stopped by our offices this morning to visit with the 'evelop- ment Manager, Compliance Officer and 3rocurement ClerN to discuss his observations about the new water sys- tem and made recommendations to ensure proper health and safety fea- tures are considered as we go forward with our housing proMect. $gain, -eremy¶s interest in our be- half and his willingness to support our housing development efforts should not go unnoticed, thus this letter of appreciation. +ello Tribal members, )amily and )riends, The spring season has arrived and our Landscapers are busy mowing and weed- ing the 1ations grounds.
