All are invited to attend the performance on Tuesday, December 19 at 7:00 p.m. in church. There will be a sneak peek dress rehearsal for parishioners that afternoon at 2:30 p.m. We hope to see you at one of the performances!

Everyone is invit-ed to stop in and have sample cookies with hot cider and coffee while you shop for your favorites. Cookies and candy will be sold for $5 per pound. All proceeds to Building Fund.

Christmas Giving Tree gifts need to be turned in this weekend with gift tags firmly attached.

Knights of Columbus Meeting Tuesday, December 12. Officers meeting at 6:00 pm. Rosary at 6:40 pm in the church and members meeting at 7:00 pm in the rectory basement.

St. Vincent de Paul Meetings: Wednesday, December 13 at 6:00 pm and Saturday, December 16 at 9:00 am.

School Age Children We are looking for school age children who would like to be a part of the Christmas Eve Mass at 5:00 pm. We need choir singers, petition readers and other participants. Parents, this is a great oppor-tunity to help your child/children understand the importance of this special service. Practice will be Thursday, December 21st, 6:30-7:30 pm. Our Endowment matching fund: Our School Strategic Plan calls for building up our endowment fund by another $200,000, by 2020. If you wish to help us create a new matching challenge for 2018, please contact Fr. Kosch. Several donors have made a new pledge, so the next matching challenge al-ready stands at $7,150.00. Details will be an-nounced next year when the match is in place.

Annual Mass of the Holy Innocents Thursday, December 28. All are invited to this Mass, especially those families who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death or abortion. Reading of names will begin at 6:30 pm with Mass at 7:00 pm at John XXIII Diocesan Center Chapel, 3700 Sheridan Blvd. If you would like your child’s name to be remembered and placed on the banner for this year, please call the Family Life Office at 402-473-0620 before 5:00 pm on December 19th. If you have placed your child’s name previously, it will remain on the list. Four Stages of Marriage The four stages of marriage are: (1) Romance, (2) Disillusionment, (3) Misery, and (4) Awakening.
