Second Collection for Church in Latin America

August 11 & 12 Next week, we will take up the Collection for the Church in Latin America. For many in Latin America and Caribbean, rural terrain and a lack of ministers are obstacles to practicing their faith. Your support to the collection provides lay leadership training, catechesis, priestly and religious formation, as well as other programs to help share our faith with those who long to hear the Good News of Christ. Altar Society

Volunteers needed for this wonderful ministry. You can do this in the privacy of your own home. We are looking for a few responsible individuals who will commit to helping clean the church’s altar linens. Every week, the linens that are used at Mass must be properly washed and ironed. We schedule volunteers to cover a whole month once a year. If you would like to volunteer, please call Julieta Delgado at 257-3140. ____________________________________________________________
