EMERGENCY PROFILES
The SafeTravels app has the ability for travellers to create an Emergency Travel Profile that they
can add important information and share with other people they are travelling with.
In the Event of an Emergency, the contacts can securely access the Emergency Profile Information
of the traveller – even when offline.
Information in the Emergency Travel Profile includes:
• Travel Insurance details
• Emergency Contacts
• Medical Information and Notes (i.e Allergies, medications etc.)
Tour Guides will have access to the Emergency Travel Profiles of the Trip Members for the duration
of the Trip, where they can conveniently access the information on their smartphone in the event
of an incident.
Trip Members can also grant access to their Emergency Travel Profile, by adding them as a
contact.

Concierge Commerce is an emerging trend that leverages a companies existing relationship with a customer to offer additional value products and
services to their customers in a targeted, engaged manner.
SafeTravels is the first platform in the Travel Industry that provides the ability for travel companies to engage in Conversational Commerce by linking
offers to specific activities within their customer’s itinerary.
This provides an opportunity for Travel Companies to generate additional sales and revenue from their existing customers while they are travelling.

A customer has an upcoming flight booked for a Trip.
The Travel Agency sends an offer through the app asking if the customer has booked their hotel airport transfer. The customer can
purchase through the app.
A customer is in Bali and has a free day.
The Travel Agent who planned their trip knows they have a free day and loves cooking, so sends the customer a message in the
SafeTravels app suggesting a local cooking class that they highly recommend with a special offer attached to the message
A Tour Company has a number of optional activities available during the tour.
The Tour Company can include the optional activities as part of the Itinerary Activities, and if a Trip Member decides to participate in the
optional activity they can purchase and pay through the SafeTravels app.
A customer completes a Tour with a Tour Company.
The Tour Company can send messages and offers to the customer suggesting other Tours and products they might enjoy based on their
previous trip.

SafeTravels can be used as a tool that collects detailed information about a users travel preferences, behaviors and style.
This provides intelligence that will allow a Travel Company to provide targeted offers to their customers.
The more this information is synchronized back into the Travel Companies CRM platform, the greater the possibilities.
SafeTravels also plans to integrate with 3rd Party providers such as SurveyMonkey allowing Travel Companies to collect Trip Feedback through the app,
even during the Trip.

CHRIS REED PETER MOORE HENCO BURGERFOUNDER / CEO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR LEAD DEVELOPER
Chris is the founder of SafeTravels and came up
with the initial concept for SafeTravels after
experiencing several serious travel incidents
where a lack of access to medical information
of the people he was travelling with caused
some serious problems.
Chris has travelled and worked extensively
internationally. Chris is based in Melbourne,
Australia.
Peter has over 20 years extensive experience in the
Travel Industry. As a Tour Leader he has led over
120 adventure travel trips around the world and
following a return to the UK he has then led sales
teams in Tour Operations, Flights consolidation,
Hotel wholesaling and Travel Technology and has
consulted widely across the Industry.
Peter is based in London, UK.
Henco is the lead developer at
SafeTravels with extensive
development experience with
start-ups and in the Travel
Industry.
