Importance and Relevance of the Study

This study entitled “Safety Precaution in Swimming pool accidents of Bosay Resort in Antipolo City” is important because it is about the safeties of the guest.

This study is relevant to their field because as we all know, swimming pool is one of the components of a resort. If accident occurs, a trained employee will know how to asses this kind of scenario.

Research Methodology

The methodology of this research is a qualitative research. A qualitative research seeks answers to a question, systematically uses predefined set of procedures to answer the question, collect evidence, produces findings that were not determined in advance, and produces findings that are applicable beyond the immediate boundaries of the studies. The researcher used quantitative research, because it would make them easier to gather data and seek answer to their questions.

Research Design

This study entitled Safety precautions on swimming pool of Bosay resort in Antipolo city is a descriptive research design, which aims to find out what prevail in the present conditions or relationships, held opinions and beliefs, process and effects and developing trends. The researcher used an evaluative study a study that will evaluate the whether or not a given program is working in an institution. The researcher will evaluate the safety precautions taken by the said resort.

Scopes and Limitation

This study aims to know what the actions are taken by the Bosay Resort and their safety measures when accident occurs on their swimming pool area. The respondent of this study is the management of the Bosay Resort. The researchers will conduct an interview on the management regarding the emergency protocols they implement on their swimming pool areas when accidents happen.

This study is limited only to the safety measures the management of Bosay Resort put into practice when urgent situation happen. The researchers will not implement any changes to the said resort. The management of the resort is the only authorized person who can implement changes.

The study will just promote and impart useful information to the management that can help them handle emergency situation on their swimming pool areas.
