As social beings, we feel good when we are able to do something positive for others. It’s easy to forget this in the day-to-day chaos of life, but if you set a goal of performing an act of random kindness for the benefit of a stranger, it will leave you feeling good for hours. Your one simple act of kindness could end up changing somebody’s life forever.

There are many reasons people help others, beyond the simple goodness of their hearts, oftentimes, it’s a combination of reasons that motivates a person to pay it forward with kindness. Join us for inspiration from a local leader who values and demonstrates paying it forward, kindness and caring.
