Usually unchanged - however multiple locations can be added and selected - eg, meeting room or floor number.

Click on calendar to select a meeting date, overwrite time. Select repeat to add recurring meeting details.

Clich the + sign to add Notes for the Meeting for your own reference. Make the note a WARNING to pop up at reception when a visitor for the meeting checks in.

Badging Work Authorisation PassThe Work Authorisation Pass is typically pre-printed with site safety information on the reverse of the slip. This becomes the inside of lower section the pass when worn.

Other / specific / variable information can be driven by the system.

The paper is just under A4 in size and perforated horizontally and vertically to produce a ‘mini safety booklet’ with resulting size of 100mm x 70mm.

This allows for more in-depth information to be issued to the contractor and would generally be used to issue a Safe Work Agreement.

Permit(s) to Work Required?

The Permit to Work requirement can be triggered by Location, Visitor Type, ’Job’ and/or Visit Category.

A Permit may also be issued as required to a contractor at any time during his visit.

The imminent expiry of permits is monitored.

Signing on/off of Permits can be touchscreen, signature tablet, or imported signature authorisation (verified).

The Types of Permits are customisable.

The Permit documents are your own & are customisable.

Permission to Issue is controlled per User / per Permit Type.
