• You can log in from any browser here: http://b2b.safilo.com.hk/

(or)

• Download app called “Pepperi” for both Android and Apple devices from Google play or app store

• Login to the ordering system using your Username (Email Id and password)

• In the home Page, click on

• Buyer Order: To place a new order

• Buyer Catalog: Browse product collection and product details

• Order History & Activities: To track Order history.

• Retrieve old orders submitted

• Retrieve order still work in progress to submit

Welcome to Safilo Online Ordering

Online Ordering - Horizontal Order Center view (Small view)

1. Brand/Product Category

a. Chose Brand to view brand specific models.

b. Frames/ Sunglasses -> Choose category you wish to view

c. Choose “In Stock” to choose SKU in stock in local DC

2. Search specific model/ SKU

a. To search, type the specific model name/SKU code.

b. If “No Item found in current filter”, Click on “Search entire Catalog”. This will search for the model in entire catalog and return search list

3. Product details: click on “…” or “SKU Details”(Grid view)

a. Product attributes, price, stock availability, Last ordered information

4. View:

a. View Products in different order view, horizontal (Small or Medium size) or vertical view

5. Cart:

a. Once products selected, you can go to the cart to view the Order before confirming the order.

a. Click on the icon to change view – Small size, Medium size and then Grid view ( Vertical view)

b. All navigation features are common to all three views

2. Brand/Product Category

a. Choose the Brand and category to narrow down your selection view

3. Smart Search – Additional attribute filters

a. Scroll down the Brand section to find the Smart search filters

b. Model Fitting: Asian Fitting or International fitting models

c. Local Stock: stock available to ship within a week

• Quantity will highlight RED if insufficient immediate stock to fill order.

• Low, Medium, High are indication of the level of availability.

• Availability is directional indicator and orders are shipped based on first in first served

d. Global Excess/Future Stock : stock available globally and will take more than 2 weeks to ship

e. New : “Yes” = New collection, “No”= Carryover collection

f. Material: Metal/ Acetate/Titanium / Optyl

g. Gender: Men/ Women/ Child/ Unisex

h. Local Core/ Global core: “Yes”, indicates higher supply

4. Attributes

a. WSP : Whole Sale price before discount, local currency

b. RRP : Retailer Recommended Price , local currency

5. Quantity Indicator:

a. Click On “+” to select to CART

6. Cart:

a. Once products selected, you can go to the cart to view the Order before confirming the order.

Please note stock availability is directional indicator. Order can be placed for all models, even if Local stock is “N/A” and Global stock is available. For these models, delivery will take more

than 4 weeks.

1. Continue Ordering:

1. Click to go back and continue ordering

2. Click on “:”

a. Click on order details to review customer information and add Order remarks

b. Click on “PDF” to export the unconfirmed order to “pdf” format to review

c. Click on “Summary” to view the Summary of the order

d. Click on “Export to Excel”, to export the unconfirmed order in “Excel” format

3. Total Unit Price:

1. This is at the Wholesale price (local currency) and does not include discounts.

4. Submit:

1. Once order confirmed, click on “Submit” to confirm the order.

5. Order Details:

1. You will be prompted to view the Order details. Please add remarks if you have any instructions for the Customer service team.

2. Please choose the Shipping address.

3. Please Click “Save” and Order is submitted. Please Click “Cancel”, if you want to edit your order again.

4. Once Order Submitted, you will receive an email with your order details. The Order summary will only have the WHS price and not include any discount. This order summary is for your reference. The final invoice from Safilo will show the actual invoice price

5. Customer can choose preferred date of delivery before submitting the order

Catalog

1. Catalog:

1. Catalog can be used to browse product collection and product details.

2. All product attributes are available

3. No orders can be placed using catalog

4. All products irrespective of stock availability will be listed under Catalog

5. Navigation is similar to “Buyer Order”

Order History

Order history:All orders submitted or in creation can be viewed under “Order History”.

Please click on the request ID to open the order created.

Order submission details will also be listed.

Grand Total price is the WHS price in local currency and does not include discounts
