• Vendor management – Identifying and organizing purchase need for the department, coordinating with purchase, sampling of products from different vendors, visit different markets for product sampling, comparative on quotation of approved products from various vendors and procuring accordingly.

•Was Selected as a “Hotel operation Management Trainee” (Housekeeping) by Taj Hotels and was posted to VIVANTA by Taj Dwarka for One Year Training Phase and Duties Included:

• Executing policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater customer delight

• Ensuring high quality services to achieve customer delight by extensive interaction with guest and quick resolution of problems. Coordinating with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customize the product and services accordingly.
