12/1999: SSI was established with charter capital of VND 6 billion with its head office based in Ho Chi Minh City

07/2002: SSI established its first branch in Hanoi, expanding its networks to Northern areas.

NGUYEN DUY HUNG (Mr.) Founder, Chairman cum CEO With decades of experience in securities and investment industry, Mr. Hung is a nationally recognized business leader and pioneer in Vietnam. He is also the founder and Chairman of The PAN Group, the top regional agricultural and food company. Mr. Hung holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hanoi Law University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Ho Chi Minh.

NGUYEN HONG NAM (Mr.) BOD Member cum Deputy CEO Mr. Nam has been a successful leader in many business areas. Mr. Nam received his master degree from Lugansk – Ukraine University

NGUYEN THI THANH HA (Ms.) CFO Ms. Ha has over 10-year working experience in treasury and credit areas for international organizations in Vietnam such as the branch of ING Baring and VID Public bank. She holds her master degree in Banking and Finance from Vietnam National Economics University.

DOAN NGOC LY LY (Ms.) COO Ms. Ly joined SSI in 2010 and was promoted to COO since 2015. She has made a huge contribution to the overall improvement of SSI system. Ms. Ly graduated from Benedictine University, with a Master Degree of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

NGUYEN DUY LINH (Mr.) Deputy Managing Director, Retail Brokerage Mr. Linh has over 10 years in securities market and a wide range of financial knowledge. He holds a BA from Banking University in Viet Nam and MBA of Solvey Business in Brussels.

NGUYEN DUC HUNG LINH (Mr.) Director, Head of Retail Research & Investment Advisory, Retail Brokerage

Mr. Linh has experienced in various fields. Prior to joining SSI, he worked for British Petroleum Singapore as Market analyst and for M/s Mark & Dennis as legal executive. He holds MBA Degree in Nanyang Technological University - NTU (Singapore), and Bachelor’s degree in Law issued by Hanoi University of Laws.

BUI THE TAN (Mr.) Managing Director, Retail Brokerage Mr. Tan has broad knowledge on banking and stock exchange. He is one of the first few people earned securities trading license in Vietnam. He holds a BA in Finance & Banking.

DO THI THANH THUY (Mr.) Deputy Managing Director, Retail Brokerage Prior to working for SSI, Ms. Thuy has more than 7 years of experience working in rsearch and business development. She has played many important roles in financial institutions such as Asia Commercial Bank, Thang Long Securities. Ms. Thuy holds Masters degree from the University of Paris I - Panthéon- Sorbonne.

NGUYEN VU THUY HUONG (Ms.) Managing Director, Treasury/ Principal Investment Ms. Huong has more than 15 years of working experience in Vietnamese capital market from its establishment, participating in equitization projects, listing consultancy, large-scale restructuring in a number of industries. With her strong knowledge in treasury field as well as deep understanding of the legal framework, Ms. Huong always strives to research, innovate and collaborate with other business units to develop pioneer structured products. Under her management, the asset of SSI and clients also has been managed greatly under the pressure of capital needs of the company as well as requirement on financial support from the stock market. Ms. Huong holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the National Economics University and a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.

NGUYEN THI HUONG GIANG (Ms.) Director, Head of IB, Southern Region Ms. Giang has over 10-year experience in investment and corporate finance field in Vietnam, which she executed a number of significant investments and divestments. She holds a bachelor degree from University of Califonia, Los Angeles with double major in business economics and accounting and a MBA Degree from University of Hawaii, Manor.

NGUYEN NGOC ANH (Ms.) Director, Head of IB, Northern Region Ms. Anh has substantial experience and knowledge of investment projects valuation and other aspects of corporate finance. She has participated in a number of equity and debt capital markets transactions for leading companies. Prior to that, she was Director of Product Development of SSIAM. She holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Sydney, and Master of Commerce, majoring in Banking, from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Ms. Linh is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma program, USA.

NGUYEN PHAN DUNG (Mr.) Deputy CEO, SSI Asset Management Mr. Dung has many years of experiences in finance and investment. Prior to SSIAM in 2007, he worked with ABN AMRO, CBOT and InterCall in Chicago. He holds a BA in Economics from Knox College, and a MBA from Loyola University, USA.
