All parents must participate in a Baptismal Preparation Program (if possible before the birth of your child). The Godparents must have received Baptism, First Eucharist and Confirmation. A certificate of eligibility is
required from the Roman Catholic parish he/she attends. If married, they must have been married only once in a Catholic Church, unless an annulment has been granted. If there are two Godparents, one must be male, the other fe-male. The Church prefers two Godparents, but only one is required by Church Law. However, if there is only one Godparent with a certificate of eligibility, his/her name will be the only one recorded on the Baptismal Certificate. Sessions are held monthly in the Parish Room. Next ses-sion: Tuesday, July 25, 7:30pm. Registration required. Remember, the Sacrament of Baptism is a sacred event regulated by Church (Canon) law. Do not plan any activity

THE THREE ABRAHAMIC FAITHS”
St. Bartholomew Church 470 Ryders Lane, EB
Tuesday, July 25, 7pm, Parish Hall
The goal is to begin to understand the basic tenets of these three major religions. There will be time for questions from the audience after each presentation. At the end of the formal presentations, there will be time for members of each faith community to dia-logue with one another over refreshments.
