What kinds of problems could limited or no parking cause cities

people?

The owner of the Peugeot car put his car in the parking place near the football yard. The driver of the big car was parking his car illegally. So, he lost control and crashed the other car until it totally destructed.

This women is crying because that she lost her son in a car accident. The car accident happened when her son wanted to park his car near the mall and another person was driving his car fast in order to park his car first. So , he crashed the son’s car . Then the son died.

Two persons wanted to park their cars near the bank. They came at the same time and there still just one place for one car. So, they started shouting and screaming. One of them had a knife. He took it out and killed the other one.

A women was parking her car near her house. There was just one spot park left, and She was talking on the phone .she did not pay attention to the wall. So, she crashed her car.

This person came to the college. He wanted to park his car. He did not find any place for parking. So, he parked it in a restricted area.

This person went to the restaurant and did not find a place to park his car . So, he parked it in a restricted area.

When my car was parked in the parking place of Sakhnin Collage . The owner of the car which was near mine wanted to get out her car. Because there was not enough place to get it safely,

she crashed my car .

How can we solve this problem? How can we take advantages of it? In order to decrease such problems we need to have enough places for parking and having police men there in order to make it safer. Because just in this way we can avoid these horrible problems.
