The ombré trend has continued to evolve in recent years and now we see a new take on this profes-sional technique using ombré highlights for a subtle, natural result.

Preparation:• Majirel 7.23 + L’Oréal Professionnel cream oxydant 20 vol

• DIALIGHT 9.02 + DIACTIVATEUR 6 vol

• Platinium Ammonia Free + L’Oréal Professionnel cream oxydant 30 vol

Application:• Divide the hair into two sections by creating a leaf shape at the top of the head

• Outside the leaf shape, apply the Majirel 7.23 from roots to ends

• Working within the leaf shape, starting at the base of the leaf, take slices of hair appx 1cm thick and create an ombré mèche: Apply Majirel 7.23 diagonally across the roots through to the mid-lengths – the ends of these mèches will be coloured with Platinium Ammonia Free to create an Ombré effect. Isolate with EASI MECHE and then continue creating ombré mèches until the leaf pattern is full

• Development time: 35 minutes

Rinsing:• Carefully emulsify

• Rinse thoroughly

• If required, on damp, towel-dried hair apply DIALIGHT 9.02 to the ombré mèches

• Wash hair thoroughly with série expert VITAMINO COLOR shampoo and conditioner

GET THE

STEP 1: Shampoo the hair thoroughly with BC Color Freeze Sulfate Free Shampoo which will help prolong that beautiful colour.

STEP 2: Towel dry the hair and spray with some BC Color Freeze Spray Conditioner to help smooth and detangle the hair whilst helping maintain fantastic shine.

STEP 3: Style with a gutsy blow dry. Add volume and grip by applying Osis Upload Lifting Volume Cream through the hair. Using a large barrelled brush to create fantastic body.
