molcajete bowl. Served in a lightly spiced tomato-pico sauce with

We have worked for a long time to perfect our burger. We can’t tell you everything, but what we can tell you is that it includes four cuts of beef (tenderloin, rump, sirloin and rib) and our own special blend of seasoning. We are proud of our recipe and that
our burgers are 100% home made from scratch.
LA PINCHE We take our four-cut burger and fry it in a special mustard butter to give it that
extra flair. Topped with avocado, melted cheese, jalapeños and our Salsa Special
Sauce. We can’t tell you the secret ingredients, but we can tell you it’s
