Art Project Planner: WISH

A place to list all the standards, techniques, clay projects, art movements and literature connections

you wish to complete in your art program. You don’t need to put them in any particular order....just

jot them down. This is your go-to idea page, your dream list of all that you wish to accomplish this

year.

The Element of Arts/Scope & Sequencing: PLAN

The elements of art are incorporated into most DSS art lessons. This form will allow you to jot

down some art lesson ideas for each concept. I use this during the planning stages of my art

curriculum to ensure that each grade level covers the basic elements.

Art Session Log Book: RECORD

This is one of the most important pages for me. It’s where I record the lessons I have completed. I

admit to having sudden bursts on inspiration and want to incorporate a lesson when the idea

strikes. Sometimes it’s hard to remember every lesson from every grade level. This page shows me

at a glance what techniques/standards I have already checked off. No more flipping through pages

and pages of weekly lessons to see what I have already done.
