To Whom It May Concern:

Need a training professional that gets results? I would like to build a meaningful and rewarding career with this company, and know my 11+ years of instructional systems design and project management background and analysis and evaluation experience would be very effective in making an impact!

1.Knowledge of ISD, adult learning theory:

An innovative, resourceful, multi-tasking organizer, I effectively create and manage programs that exceed expectations and exemplify excellence. I have collaborated with team members and key stakeholders using my dynamic, empowering leadership style, and expressive, energetic passion for learning to develop hundreds of hours of classroom, virtual, and online courses. I've managed a team of training specialists and technical writers to design and deliver blended learning solutions to DoD clients.

2.Ability to develop, deliver and evaluate regulatory training programs and multidisciplinary  education activities:

As a federal government contractor I developed, delivered, and evaluated programs addressing Title 10 directives that engaged participants through the use of a web based learning portal, job aids, synchronous webinars, and classroom presentations.

3. Skill in evaluating and validating the effectiveness of instructional and educational programs, including developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments.

I hold two certifications which involve evaluation: Kirkpatrick 4 Levels of Evaluation Bronze and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). While serving as a contractor at a federal government agency we employed summative and formative evaluation techniques to improve our courseware. I also participated as a subject matter expert in an curriculum review/audit by the agency's Academy.

4. Skill in establishing and maintaining internal and external professional contacts with representatives of industry, academia, and government agencies regarding technical content.

I expect that many of my strengths will be quite transferable, such as analysis, evaluation, project management and technology implementation. I look forward to discussing this further with you. I can be reached at 813-391-4705.

Sincerely,

Sabrina Curry
