At a Glance Final Order Deadline by 12:00 noon on: 9-16

** Start and end your fundraiser whenever you like so that when your fundraiser is over you have enough time to tally and submit the orders to us by the order deadline date above **

Starting your Fundraiser

���� Fill in the blanks on the enclosed Participant Letter and make photo

copies in order to distribute one with each order form handed out.

���� Have each group member take one of each brochure, order form, and

Participant Letter, even if there are siblings.

���� An additional order form has been provided. Please make photo copies

as needed.

���� Be enthusiastic about your fundraiser. If you are excited about what the

fundraiser will accomplish for your group, your group will be excited too.

���� Have participants ask their parents to take the brochures and order forms

to work, club meetings, church, ask friends, relatives and neighbors. No door to door selling and do not talk to strangers! Emphasize Safety!

���� Make sure that the participant’s first and last name, their daytime contact

phone number, and your organization name are on each form.

���� When taking an order, have participants fill in the customer’s name, the

quanity ordered for each item selected and total price of all of the items selected per customer. At the bottom of the order form have them tally each column for totals of each flavor ordered before giving back to you.

���� It is necessary for the participants to collect all the money for the

fundraiser items sold at the time of sale. No sales tax is required!

���� At the midpoint of your fundraiser, send home with each participant a

copy of the supplied reminder note and also post at eye level at main entrance points.

Don’t Forget! Ending your Fundraiser

���� ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE ORDER

DEADLINE DATE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY WITHIN THE RUN NUMBER CHOSEN

���� At the end of the sale, participants will turn in their order forms and

money. The funds and order forms should be turned in together and all checks must be made payable to your group.

���� Make sure the money turned in with each order is correct.

���� You will be emailed an Excel tally sheet to place each participant’s order

totals onto and email back to us for order processing. Once the orders have been processed, you will be emailed a copy of the invoice for your fundraiser orders within 2-3 business days after the final order deadline date. You will be contacted shortly thereafter with a delivery date.

���� Sign and return the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate along

with your payment to: Fundraise NOW!, LLC.

Fundraise Now!, LLC Butter Braid Pastry Dough Close Out Procedures

(It’s really easy to close out your fundraiser but just in case, below is the system we recommend for success. ☺)

1. Reconcile the money with each order received to make sure the proper amount was collected. 2. Make sure the participants last and first names and their daytime contact phone number is on each

order form. 3. Make sure that each row on each order form has been totaled correctly for purchaser items ordered

and money paid and due to your organization. 4. Make sure that each column on each order form has been totaled correctly for the total of each item

needed. 5. Order Submission Requirements

• Prepack Orders: • Orders will be prepacked by individual and set up at the time of delivery. • Sort order forms alphabetically by participant last name prior to entering the

orders on the Order Tally Sheet. • Orders must be entered on the order tally sheet alphabetically by person’s last

name. (Example: Last Name, First Name; i.e. Doe, John). No adjustments will be made to the order tally sheet by Fundraise NOW!, LLC. Orders will be processed the way they have been submitted.

• Bulk Orders: • Bulk orders are not sorted or packed by participant prior to delivery. Volunteers

will be needed to help pull/pack participant orders prior to or at the time of participant pick up. We recommend one volunteer for every 100 items purchased.

• Place your order for the total amount of each item needed for your group with Fundraise NOW!, LLC.

6. If your group has not already done so please sign the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification which was enclosed in your start-up fundraising packet and give it to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Fundraise Now!, LLC must have a copy on file.

7. Payment Method: Purchase Orders will be accepted for public schools until payment has been received by Fundraise Now!. Other Fundraising Groups can pay by Organization Check, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, Money Order or Postal order. No Personal checks will be accepted!

8. All payment must be made payable to: Fundraise Now!, LLC PO Box 606, Forney, TX 75126.

9. Delivery: Your orders will be delivered approximately 10-15 business days from the predetermined Final Order Deadline Date assuming the orders were submitted on time, before the order deadline.

10. When you know your delivery date, please fill out the delivery date form that was provided with your fundraiser by day, month, and date, then photo copy and give one to each person so they will know when the fundraiser will be delivered.

11. Allow at least 30 minutes for delivery before participants start showing up to pick up their orders. 12. Day of delivery:

• Individuals will not be allowed to pick up their order until the delivery has been completed and reviewed by the group sponsor and our delivery personnel and the delivery invoice has been signed complete by the group sponsor. (Average delivery time is 30 – 45 minutes).

• Prepacked Orders: Orders will be set up by individual at the time of delivery. • Bulk Orders: Items must be counted and signed for by the group sponsor prior to volunteers

pulling/packing orders.
