Install Knox Connect application (1/3)

1. Click ‘Join’ in the invitation email 2. Select a user type* 'Join – Personal email' is for external user

- Knox Connect application should be installed to prevent screenshots and put a watermark during a video conference (VC).

- In case Knox Connect application is not installed: When clicking a conference link and joining a conference, the application will be automatically installed.

- Execute the downloaded knoxconnect.msi file to install.

- Enter any key to move on to the next page.

Join a conference (1/2)

- Click ‘Join’ in the invitation email and join a conference.

- ‘3. External user login’ step might be skipped if ID and PW are saved.

: External user can attend VC (Video Conference) meetings by mobile. (Android supported, iOS currently not supported)

※ You need to install Knox Connect on your mobile device..

※ After Knox Connect installation is complete, you can enter the meeting by tapping the 'Join' button in the meeting invitation email.

• Meeting in progress : During the meeting, a watermark is displayed on the screen and screen capture and recording are not possible.

• Leave and end the meeting/rejoin the meeting : Select the ‘X’ button to exit completely.

• Complete meeting : When the meeting is completely over, the security policy of watermarks and Capture Prevention is turned off.
