I can imagine enjoying an entire day in the park, but after 4 or 5 hours I felt ready to move on, so Itook a taxi to Puning Si. There are some wonderful things to see at this temple, but pride-of-placegoes to the enormous Guanyin statue. Despite her size, and despite the difficulties of getting areasonable sight line (one can only climb to the 2nd story, across from her torso), she seemedincredibly expressive.

The largest and liveliest club in the city goes by the name 1+1 Disco, and is as close to a taste ofhome as you're likely to get. Live music prevails, as do live DJs and a healthy dance floor. Find thisplace at 285 Dong Dajie, a 15-minute walk from the Drum Tower.

I have been able to manage a larger span of control over the years at the work place and havegained so much respect for myself as well regarding my interest I have developed over the years. Ineed loan to do so much on my own self myself and others aw well , especially the needy because ifyou educate the young ones you will give hope to the next generation and as well reduce poverty in

our society.

To me the most interesting exhibit was the reconstruction of an ancient village. The men all lived ina single hall, but the women all had individual huts, where the men could come visit them. Therewas a place where all the men were buried and another place where all the women were buried. Thewomen were buried with more artifacts than the men. When a baby or young child died, however, itwas placed in a pot near the hut of its mother. The pots had holes in the tops to release the souls ofthe children.

We finally settled in for the very long ride back to Beijing.
