• D.Lab. Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) 2 years
• E. Foreign Language 2 years
• F. Visual and Performing Arts 1 year

Minimum requirements
Students should take AP and IB coursesDifferences
1. IB focuses on developing the whole student.
2. Students can take an AP test without taking the class
3. Students can earn AP credit for one test. IB credit is earned over the course of 2 years and it focuses on the work of the student as well

Repeating High School Courses
• Courses used to satisfy the “A-G” requirements in which the student earns D or F grades must be repeated with grade of C or higher.

PSATThe PSAT is in preparation for the SAT –

• Students can try out the PSAT to see how they may do on the SAT. This will help students decided if the SAT is better for them or if the ACT is.
• It has a critical reading, math, and writing section – how your daughter does will determine her score for the SATs

SAT/ACT Test Details• UC takes the best total score from one test
date.
• CSU will take the best critical reading and math scores from different test dates.

• Students who fall below 2.0 and no Ds or Fs are unable to participate in sports or activities
How to help your child succeed
• Make sure she attends tutoring and completes all assignments
• Check Aeries for grades
• Communicate with teachers
• Make sure she is studying when she comes home
NCAA Eligibility• For Division I: Minimum SAT (math and
critical reading) of 900 or minimum sum score of 75 on the ACT; and a core-course GPA of 3.000 (talk to Coach Ivan)
• For Division II: Minimum SAT (math and critical reading) of 1000 or minimum sum score of 85 on the ACT
