What jobs did people do at the missions

• WHO LIVED AT THE MISSIONS AND WHAT JOBS THEY DID!The people who lived at the missions

were Indians, soldiers, padres, missionaries and priests. Indians would do hard work on the field. Soldiers would keep the Indians from running away. Padres and priests would teach people religios belifs. Missionaries led the missions.

Some rooms found in the mission and what they were used for.

• Some rooms in the missions are church rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, working rooms, and the outdoor working places.

• The church rooms are used to pray and convert Indians to Christianity. The bedrooms are for the Indians and priests to sleep. The kitchens are for mealtime. The working rooms are for working, and the outdoor working places are for planting.
