Property Location The property is located in Barrio San Ramon (Daldagon), municipality of Siruma, province of Camarines Sur in the south of Luzon Island.

The property has an area size of 10,149,200 sqm (1,014 has.) bounded by Batanauan Bay (entrance to San Miguel Bay) on the west and southwest, and by the Pacific Ocean (Philippine Sea) on its north and eastern sides.

Property Profile San Ramon (formerly Daldagon) is one of the barangays that are in the outlying areas of the municipality of Siruma - which is a 4th class municipality with a population of about 18,000 in all of its 22 barangays. By the end of 2010, San Ramon had only 750 residents.
