Application time once mixed about 30 minutes, additional 15-20 minutes for installation of tiles. Does not foam and can be applied under joints. Forms a highly water resistant barrier to prevent water intrusion under tiles. Fills any minor joint gaps. Sold in 1.8 gallon sets. When mixed, covers 200-250 square feet per mixed set on standard surface, less on textured or porous surface. Applied with notched trowel 1/16th or 1/8th. Installation 1. Remove existing sealer or coating down to the bare concrete finish. 2. Scarify floor for bonding purposes. 3. Smooth out any uneven joints by grinding so tile will lay flat. 4. Ensure floor surface is dry and clean before applying adhesive. 5. Apply epoxy coating to prepped floor. 6. Install tiles, including edging transition strips at all doorways and drains. 7. Paint 6” striping per layout with yellow floor enamel paint. 8. Caulk where tile meets walls, pipes, poles, etc. with gray high quality caulk Site Visit All bidders must make a site visit and measure the areas to be tiled and to inspect the condition of the current floor in order to bid correctly.
