Quilt Project Timor-LesteWhat would a Timor-Leste quilt look like? Who would be involved? What issue would it focus on? How would it be funded? Who would work on the quilt? What traditional techniques could be incorporated? Where would the quilt or banner hang when completed? How would the quilt be used to raise awareness?
