What is sandwich perfection?

• The light comes from seven specially designed quartz halogen tubes in the top and bottom of the oven cavity.

• Some light is focused directly into the food while other light bounces off reflective surfaces in the oven cavity.

• Routinely swipe with water, and use Formula 409, Windex or Citrus when needed, with a white 3M cleaning pad.

• Scrape lamp shields with the provided plastic blade, when needed.

• Use the correct glass, ceramic or stainless steel plates, pans, griddles and grilles for the job.
