Our sanitary valves are designed to satisfy thestringent demands of the pharmaceutical and

biotechnology industries, and are approved by the 3Acouncil. They have mechanically polished internalsurfaces </= 35 Ra Microinch (0.89 Micron) or optional</= 20 Ra Microinch (0.51 Ra Micron) which aremechanically polished and then electropolished (ASMEBPE SVF5). Self-draining designs for CIP/SIP. Unreliableand difficult to clean reciprocating o-ring stem seals arenot used. Valves are machined 316L stainless steel withtri-clover or optional buttweld ends. Series 83000 and84000 valves can handle temperature up to 310oFmaking them suitable for sterile steam throttling.
