Maximum specific load: 50KN (5000k), separation minimum 1mt. 20KN separation minimum 2mt.

RIGGING
200Kg per rigging point, at least 2m between each one.
Pre-rigging on stage with various certified charging points (in case of disassembling equipment)
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Two 400 V tri-phase lines:
• 400 A. (eastern area)
• 200 A. (western area)

STAGE
20m wide x 12m long x 1.60m high. Real dimensions: 26,94 wide x 12m long x 1,60 high.
Equipped with legs, backdrop and American curtain.
In case of the disassembly of the stage, all costs will be charged to the promoter.
(Disassembly and setting up with stability certification).
BLACKOUT
The venue has a manual curtaining system in the upper area.
VIP EXPERIENCE CLUB
VIP room (on request):
· Interior space of 91 m2 equipped with bar , chromatic lighting, furniture and sound
equipment (the music player has to be provided by the client)
· Exterior terrace of 165 m2 equipped with ambient lighting and sound equipment (the music
player has to be provided by the client)

CORPORATE EVENTS
CAPACITY
The capacity of the Sant Jordi Club may vary depending on event configuration.
CATERING
Services of over 35€/pax may be contracted out to any catering company that complies with the
standard quality requirements. The amount to be paid to BSM will be 10% of the total invoicing.
Catering services of up to 35€/pax will need to be exclusively handled by Aramark
Tel. 93 426 19 10.
Any catering service is obliged to serve our official products:
OUTDOOR AREA
There is an exterior area of around 2000m2 available to the promoter, with a direct electricity
supply, as well as multiple car parks for the attending public.

COURTAIN SYSTEM
The venue is equipped with an automatic separating system mad up of five independent curtains that permit the venue to be separated into various spaces.
• 2 moveable black curtains 12m in height.
• 3 fixed white curtains 12m in height:
• Lower part opaque: 3.5m.
• Upper part net: 8.5m.
DECORATION
Decoration can be contracted through the organizer’s usual providers.
CLOACKROOM
Located at the venue’s main Entrance, this may be used by the promoter in different ways
(Welcome Desk, Passes/Authorizations, etc.).

CONCERTS & SHOWS
TICKET OFFICES
The Sant Jordi Club ticket offices have 4 windows for ticket collection and sales, and are located
in the venue’s access area. The ticket office service may be contracted upon prior request and
acceptance of the cost quotation given.
CLOAKROOM
The cloakroom is at the venue’s main entrance. The cloakroom service is managed by a
company providing services to the Sant Jordi Club and is free of charge to the promoter.
BARS
The bars and/or food service points are managed exclusively by the company Aramark.
MERCHANDISING
On Stage is the company that has exclusive rights to manage the merchandising sales point
during concerts.
COURTAIN SYSTEM
The venue has a dual-function black curtain that reduces the space according to the size of the
audience as well as minimizing sound reverberation..
• 2 moveable black curtains 12m in height.
• 3 fixed white curtains 12m in height:
• Lower part opaque: 3.5m.
• Upper part net: 8.5m.

OUTDOOR AREA
There is an exterior area of around 2000 m2 available to the promoter, with a direct electricity
supply, as well as multiple car parks for the attending public.
CAPACITY
Sant Jordi club’s concert license permits a maximum capacity of 4,620 people (including guests),
on the floor area and/or the stands.
The fixed stand for concerts has 244 seats and a different entrance.
