Training Catalog 2016 2017 Discovering, facilitating and inspiring innovative learning for our community Santa Clara County Office of Education Educational Technology Services Curriculum is based upon the NETP, CCSS, and the ISTE Standards for Teachers. Completion will result in a portfolio of technologyrich projects demonstrating learning activities that encourage students to think critically, communicate, collaborate, and create. Upon successful completion, educators not only have the skills to effectively facilitate online and blended courses but also have a solid understanding of how to enhance the learning opportunities for all students enrolled in their courses. Learning based on the iNACOL National Standards for Online Teaching. The certification focuses on those who provide professional development to educators across all curricular areas, and will be comprised of multiple modules – ranging from Professional Learning Environments, Developing Community, and Digital Literacy and Citizenship. This course guides site, district and regional administrators in how to effectively utilize technology tools, resources, and innovative solutions to advance student achievement, foster educator productivity and extend learning opportunities for all. If you're an educator who knows how to use Google tools in the classroom or is just starting, this program will prepare you to earn your Level 1 or 2 Google for Education certification.
